Business Development Manager

At Lift Solutions Holdings, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Detroit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Provide product solutions and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Manage and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and proposals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of the lifting solutions industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
