VMS Regional Sales Leadership Position

The VMS Regional Sales Leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth and margin expansion by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the metal components and products industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue and margin targets through strategic account management
  • Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to expand company presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure product feasibility and market alignment
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to inform sales and marketing initiatives
  • Travel required up to 60% of the time to engage with customers and partners
Required Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in B2B technical sales or sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
