This role is part of the Sales function, which designs and presents sales solutions to potential, new, and existing clients.

  • Develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents, presentations, and proposals, adhering to company standards.
  • Represent CBRE at industry events, high-level networking, and promote a professional image at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Ensure the Business Unit Leader is informed of all activities and collaborate with the Sales Director to update them on sales activities and potential new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, with a background in finance, consulting, or analytics preferred.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, developing outsourcing solutions, pricing, and organizational development models, with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Real Estate license preferred.
