Business Development Representative

At Dealer eProcess, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional support to enhance their experience, and staying on top of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and support
- Provide professional support to enhance the customers' experience and satisfaction
- Train and educate clients on Dealer eProcess products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Conduct dealer training and workshops
- Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction and success
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual with a strong ability to manage multiple accounts
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
