Job Summary

This position provides specialized administrative support to the Director of Family Stability, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, taking minutes and distributing action items as needed.
  • Manage department software accounts, track information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, presentations, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and timelines to support departmental work.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of program operations or administrative support experience.
  • Experience working effectively with low-income and diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in technology tools, including Microsoft Office applications and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a Community Action program.
  • Knowledge of Washington County social services and resources.
