Position Overview:
The Server plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a courteous, attentive, and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a server role.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and the responsibilities of various positions.

  • Provide attentive and courteous service for all food and beverage requests.
  • Efficiently pre-bus tables, clearing soiled dishes after each course.
  • Proficient in operating the Point of Sale (P.O.S) system.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and preparing end-of-shift documentation.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and side-work tasks as per assigned rotation.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are consistently stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Manage the breakdown of soiled dishes and linens in accordance with established standards.
  • Consistently promote food, beverage, and special items to guests.
  • Receive and deliver food and beverage orders while processing payments.
  • Strive to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
