- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computerized systems.
