Job Title: Product Director - Payments Optimization

Zelis is seeking a highly skilled Product Director to lead the development and execution of our Payments Optimization product roadmap. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our payments products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and the market.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the Payments Optimization product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare payment ecosystem, including payer-to-provider, payer-to-member/patient, and provider-to-patient/member interactions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and translate those insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Drive go-to-market activities for successful product launches, including stakeholder updates and project planning.
  • Manage project risk and ensure timely delivery of projects, working closely with the engineering team to refine technical requirements.
  • Establish and track project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading direct reports and fostering team growth and development.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare payment ecosystem and communication products.
  • Experience in product management, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering presentations to senior-level leadership.
