Route Sales Professional

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a skilled Route Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and rotating products on store shelves to ensure the best quality and freshness of our products.
You will drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and by using sales data to establish store-level plans. You will also build effective customer relationships, introduce new products and services, and conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers. A valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required, as well as the ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, with the possibility of career progression to commission earnings. Full benefits are also offered, including medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
