We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist callers with various questions.
- Front Desk Activities: Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
- Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, and perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, lift moderate amounts of weight, and maintain physical ability to administer CPR.
