Job Summary:

Emerald Crest of Minnetonka is seeking dedicated Part-Time Caregivers to provide exceptional care to our memory care residents in a home-like setting. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and medication administration.
  • Aide in programming and activities with residents, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Monitor the safety and well-being of our residents, reporting any concerns to management.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required for day or evening shifts.
  • A passion for geriatric care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, and visitors.
