Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the swim lesson program, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics.
  • Supervise and mentor swim instructors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with participants, staff, and parents.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Aquatics Manager to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to participant and parent inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred, or in process.
  • Minimum 18 years of age with two years of swim lesson instruction, coaching, or program management experience.
  • A minimum of 15 hours of weekly availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to remain calm in emergencies and provide effective emergency response.
  • Ability to swim and knowledge of all four competitive swim strokes.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree preferred, or in process.
