Position: Sales Executive for Energy Sector
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new sales initiatives for Wipro Limited. This role requires a professional with a robust network and the ability to forge strong connections with clients, including high-level executives, to unlock new market opportunities. The primary objective is to expand Wipro's presence within the utilities and energy sectors across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10-15 years of pertinent business development experience in selling IT services to Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging and building relationships with C-Level executives.
- Ability to cultivate and expand new client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with global delivery models and experience in closing significant deals in new business acquisition.
- Develop, generate, and enhance large-scale relationships for new accounts within specific industry segments at Wipro.
- Identify potential clients and formulate a go-to-market strategy for the designated territory and industry vertical.
- Drive business growth from new accounts and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar projects.
- Enhance business from existing accounts while consistently meeting contribution and collection standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with project teams to meet service quality commitments.
- Build credibility and increase market share in the assigned territory, effectively managing objections and exploring new growth areas with clients.
- Possess a solid understanding of technology and vertical platforms to strategize and develop solutions (in collaboration with pre-sales teams) that align with customer requirements.
- Demonstrate capabilities in Cloud Sales.
- Experience in Application and Digital sales is essential.
