Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and target prospects using sales tools and provided lists
  • Strategically source new prospects using LinkedIn and other resources
  • Call and email prospects to obtain key information and set up meetings
  • Track prospects and enter data accurately into our CRM system
  • Coordinate calendars and execute email campaigns
  • Maintain knowledge of Energy market conditions and competitive activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in high-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation
  • Experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas, or Engineering sector preferred
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • CRM experience
  • Great speaking voice and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Work Conditions:
  • Desk-based job with phone and email skills required
  • Occasional travel may be required
