Production Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Stage Manager I position supports Studio & Remote productions activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee an assigned studio to ensure smooth production operations.
- Coordinate with the Director to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Manage set construction and ensure all necessary positions are staffed.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues during production and alert the Director.
- Communicate rundown changes and their impact on camera blocking and talent positions.
- Coordinate with talent and guests to ensure availability and needs are met.
- Assist the Director with studio floor management and live or live-to-tape aspects of productions.
- Identify and report issues with studios and production staff to the appropriate organizational unit.
- Ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the management and distribution of studio props.
- Send out daily communication of Stage Manager coverage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work unusual hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in a major market or at the network level.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
