  • Coordinating appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and outreach to potential clients.
  • Explaining service fees and processing payments accurately.
  • Recommending and obtaining necessary products and services.
  • Educating clients on general pet care and health maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $17 to $19 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with generous employee discounts for pet care.
