Key Responsibilities
- Delivering compassionate care to both patients and their owners.
- Managing pharmacy tasks and administering medications as required.
- Collecting and processing laboratory samples efficiently.
- Providing outstanding customer service, including greeting clients and answering inquiries.
- Coordinating appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Conducting follow-up calls and outreach to potential clients.
- Explaining service fees and processing payments accurately.
- Recommending and obtaining necessary products and services.
- Educating clients on general pet care and health maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $17 to $19 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with generous employee discounts for pet care.
