About Addison Group:

Addison Group is seeking a contract Account Representative to support our client. This position focuses on managing client relationships, assisting in sales initiatives, and overseeing various account management functions across multiple products and markets.

Role Responsibilities:

The Account Representative will deliver exceptional customer service and account management assistance. Key duties include maintaining vendor relationships, managing quotes and contracts, resolving technical challenges, and conducting strategic account evaluations. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Key Duties Include:

  • Foster customer relationships and serve as a primary liaison among sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Oversee license acquisition and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Address and resolve technical support escalations related to the client's platforms.
  • Conduct account evaluations to identify new revenue streams and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in detailed reporting and strategic planning for large-scale initiatives.
  • Research and establish new customer accounts, ensuring market penetration through trial setups.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally in a subscription-based or product licensing context.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and interact professionally with clients and vendors.
