About the Role

We're seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Account Coordinator position in our Washington, DC office. As an Account Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Client Service team to deliver top results to our clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Understand our clients' audiences, organization, goals, and objectives, and deliver ideas to reach those goals
  2. Collaborate across teams and coordinate meetings with internal team members and clients
  3. QA deliverables to ensure they are of the highest quality
  4. Support digital content creation for websites, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and social media
  5. Continuously seek and present innovative ideas that result in client loyalty and growth
  6. Manage day-to-day activities and assist direct manager and Account Executives on client accounts including project planning, status reporting, and developing timelines in our project management tool, Wrike
  7. Coordinate team resource allocation with internal team leads, including tech, creative, SEO, paid media, analytics, and content

Qualifications

  • A four-year college degree is mandatory
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in, and passion for, branding, digital marketing, search, social media, user experience, and technical development
  • Knowledge about social media platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge about social media and Google advertising is a plus
  • Some exposure to WordPress, Drupal, HTML and/or CSS is a plus
  • Ability to work in-person 2+ days per week in our Washington, DC, Las Vegas, or San Diego office
