Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Quorum Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
