Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including guest information, room assignments, and financial transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • One year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in computer systems
