Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Participate in the creation of an enjoyable work environment and contribute to the success of the hotel team
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
