Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Financial Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business units, analyzing financial data, and developing financial models to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions, including financial projections and sensitivity analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
