Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst II to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Financial Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business units, analyzing financial data, and developing financial models to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions, including financial projections and sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and planning.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
