Job Summary:

Draper is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the finance department, this individual will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience with financial systems and software.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance.
