At Applied Resource Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing organization. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the Atlanta, GA market.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely and successful candidate placements.
- Business Development Planning: Create a business development plan, including target prospective customers, desk specialty, and marketing strategies, to drive growth and revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of prior B2B outbound sales and prospecting experience.
- Skills: Ability to create your own leads list, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and experience in public speaking and presentation.
- Base Salary + Bonus: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Employee Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K match, 12 PTO days, 12-16 paid holidays, gym reimbursement, remote Fridays after 6 months, and a 2-week sabbatical after 5 years.
