Business Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career with a leading healthcare staffing company. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development through lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 70 calls per day to contact and qualify active and passive prospective clients, using a screening process to assess their needs and viability.
- Present qualified leads to Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives for further development.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- A competitive base salary and uncapped bonus structure.

- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
