About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career with a leading healthcare staffing company. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development through lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 70 calls per day to contact and qualify active and passive prospective clients, using a screening process to assess their needs and viability.
  • Present qualified leads to Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives for further development.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a performance and metric-based sales environment.
  • Resilient and able to handle objections.
  • Persuasive and able to adapt to each client and situation.
