Key Responsibilities:- Commissioning equipment and ensuring it is set up and ready to operate
- Troubleshooting and debugging PLC and HMI systems
- Providing technical support and training to clients on equipment setup and use
- Performing I/O checks on equipment before startup and commissioning
- Correcting issues identified during I/O checks
- Redlining electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to communicate necessary changes to engineering and manufacturing teams
- Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, video calls, and in-person demonstrations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with an associate's degree, trade school, or high school diploma/GED
- 0-1+ years of electrical engineering experience with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC product lines
- Ability to travel 55% of the time, including international trips
