- Register guests, collecting necessary information, including contact details and exact dates of their stay.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival, assign rooms, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, ensuring guests have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
- Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role, with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, including Booking and TripAdvisor.
- Customer service attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Japanese required, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
- Degree in hotel management is a plus, with relevant education and training in hospitality and customer service.
35 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of the hotel and guests. Weekend shifts may be required, with a focus on providing excellent service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
