Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's and Children's Nurse Float Pool at Community Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care of patients from admission to department through discharge or transfer.
  • Provide expert care and education to patients in clinical settings, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.
  • Manage patient loads in assigned timelines, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of Acute Care experience, with a preference for two (2) to five (5) years of experience.
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire and ACLS within six (6) months of hire.
