Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, critical care, and emergency departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Current state RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Two years of adult acute care experience.
- One year of experience in pediatric, women & children's, or newborn nursery areas.
- BSN preferred.
- Two to five years of acute care experience preferred.
