We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at Community Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide expert care and education to patients in a variety of clinical settings, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of patients from admission to discharge or transfer
- Provide expert care and education to patients in clinical settings
- Act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel
- Manage patient loads in assigned timelines
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- ACLS, NPR, and STABLE required within six (6) months of hire
- Two (2) years of adult acute care experience required
- One (1) year experience in pediatric, women & children's, or newborn nursery areas required
- Two (2) to five (5) years acute care experience preferred
