- Act as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage patient loads in assigned timelines, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Two years of adult acute care experience
- One year of experience in pediatric, women & children's, or newborn nursery areas
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- ACLS, NPR, and STABLE certification within six months of hire
