Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in desktop/computer support, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and experience with ITSM/CBDW tools and database management.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance and own reliable transportation for asset pick-up or deliveries.
