Overview: Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. seeks a skilled Territory Retail Lead to drive sales growth in assigned territories.

Estimated Salary: $19,500 per annum

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Supervise and develop assigned associates to achieve sales targets and meet retailer expectations.
  • Product Education: Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our clients' brands and product lines.
  • Project Management: Complete projects as assigned by the Market Sales Manager.
  • Store Optimization: Maintain accurate and high-quality work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs., with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs.
  • Mobility: Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking, and may require fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Travel: Valid driver's license is required, and automobile liability insurance must be maintained.
  • Technology: Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email are required.
  • Experience: Customer service or sales experience is required.
