We are a top five SBA 7(a) preferred lender, offering SBA express and small loan capabilities through our parent company. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing our partners' originations performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a book of existing partners and identify ways to expand and grow referral relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts at partner organizations.
- Analyze critical success factors for accounts and execute initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
The Partnerships channel is an important vertical in our customer acquisition strategy and will contribute significantly to our growth plan moving forward. We have partnered with brokers, lenders, marketplaces, banks, and consumer-facing technology platforms.
Requirements- 3-5 years of experience as a customer success manager or a partner manager at a finance and/or technology company.
- Professional experience in Financial Services and/or a FinTech organization is a major plus.
- Ability to lead meetings with external stakeholders and navigate complex commercial term renegotiations.
This position requires a strong analytical orientation, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive productive conversations with partners. The successful candidate will be able to set deadlines and effectively navigate execution. A strong PowerPoint and Excel skillset is essential, with Salesforce reporting being a plus.
iBusiness Funding offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
