About the Role:

As a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager at River City Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of secured and unsecured loans and lines of credit. Working closely with the relationship management team, you will provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients while ensuring compliance with loan agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management/Credit Analysis
    • Assist in managing a complex loan portfolio within Commercial Banking.
    • Review financial data to determine customer eligibility and make credit recommendations.
    • Monitor compliance with loan terms, assess risk, and take necessary actions.
    • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Compliance/CRA
    • Ensure portfolio administration complies with credit policies and regulations.
    • Participate in community activities to enhance the bank's image.
    • Maintain knowledge of banking regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of five years' experience in commercial lending.
  3. Strong analytical skills and credit acumen.

Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
