We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Partner to join our thriving team at PRMG Mortgage. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for clients during the initial stages of the loan process, ensuring a smooth transition to contract.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive application packages to underwriting for prompt approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various mortgage products, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans.
- Facilitate effective communication with Loan Officers, processors, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively address any issues that arise during the loan process.
- Continuously seek knowledge and skills to enhance performance in the role.
- Foster relationships with clients and referral partners to support business growth.
- Assist in the completion of loan applications through various methods, including digital, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Gather and organize necessary documentation for underwriting requirements.
- Structure loan files according to established guidelines and parameters.
- Provide rate quotes when necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry is required; 5+ years preferred.
- NMLS licensing in the state of California is required; candidates must obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed.
- Demonstrated motivation and attention to detail with exceptional customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in roles such as Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or Underwriter is advantageous.
- Proficient in analyzing credit reports, income, and asset documentation.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage loan products and related processes.
