Job Description

**About the Role**

MRINetwork Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a Loan Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in preparing loan documents for various loan products, including commercial loans, construction loans, and real estate loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loan documents for commercial loans, construction loans, and real estate loans, ensuring compliance with bank policies, federal and state laws, and underwriting authority.
  • Review documentation requests for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all required items are included.
  • Review prepared documents for compliance with credit approval and entity documents to confirm appropriate signers.
  • Provide timely and complete notification to Relationship Managers and/or CMD of required items missing from the documentation request.
  • Coordinate efforts with Title Desk, if applicable.
  • Create and maintain documentation files.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in loan documentation or a related field.
