We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Manager to join our Dallas headquarters. Our team is dedicated to serving financial advisors and their teams, committed to investing in human capital, and building an enduring firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a robust pipeline of new opportunities and clients through digital, telemarketing, and introductions.
  • Develop effective relationships with existing clients and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize a CRM to document activities, forecast opportunities, and communicate with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Introduce additional professional services to existing clients as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Business Development and Sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working and partnering with Financial Advisors.
  • Possess an understanding of Enterprise Value language and Practice Management as it pertains to a financial advisory practice.
  • Local to the Dallas Area, this position will report to an office full-time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to engage with clients and build rapport over the phone.
