We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering high-quality workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including employers and job seekers
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality workforce solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce development
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
