Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Oversight: Lead complex municipal infrastructure initiatives, guiding the design, planning, and execution phases to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary contact for municipal clients, participating in public discussions, addressing inquiries, and providing expert insights to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior engineering personnel, promoting their professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain QA/QC protocols to ensure the highest standards in engineering outputs, promptly identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with municipal stakeholders to offer expert engineering recommendations, aiding in project decision-making and aligning with community objectives.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: At least 20 years as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a robust background in municipal infrastructure, including water, wastewater, transportation, and utilities.
  • Public Engagement Skills: Proven track record in collaborating with municipal bodies, including elected officials and community stakeholders, effectively addressing public concerns.
  • Leadership in Mentorship: Demonstrated capability to mentor and lead junior engineers, enhancing their professional skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control Expertise: Proficient in QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Advisory Skills: Strong ability to provide strategic engineering advice to municipal stakeholders, assisting in informed decision-making for infrastructure projects.
