Aaron Plumbing INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist with appointment scheduling and provide essential office support. Are you a friendly and organized individual? This administrative role offers a starting competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $20. There is potential for advancement within the company.
Training Requirements: Initial training will take place at our designated location. Once training is completed, the role will transition to a fully remote work setup.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience in plumbing or HVAC customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is also preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position typically requires availability on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional remote hours may be available for interested candidates.

ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming voice of our company. You will answer calls, greet clients warmly, address their inquiries, and assist in scheduling services. You will also communicate essential job details to our service team, ensuring accurate documentation and effective collaboration using tools like ServiceTitan.
In addition to client interactions, you will help maintain office organization and handle various administrative tasks that enhance our operational efficiency. Your role is vital in connecting customers with the services they require.
