POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a dedicated Customer Success Specialist who possesses excellent communication abilities to provide digital marketing assistance to our agency website clients. This role involves significant customer interaction, requiring an individual who is knowledgeable about digital media, approachable, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service through various communication channels including phone, video conferencing, and email. Additionally, this role will involve supporting daily billing operations and collaborating with our digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing across various platforms, experience in customer service or account management, and exceptional communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with clients professionally and promptly to keep them informed about their requests.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email through our helpdesk system.
  • Resolve support tickets efficiently by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Update client websites using the WordPress Content Management System.
  • Adhere to established processes and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to billing.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing overall support processes and share insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels and a background in customer service or account management.
  • Familiarity with digital media platforms (e.g., social media, WordPress).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Strong time management, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
