Job Description:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Contract Manager to join Five Cubes, Inc. in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical contracts and grants, working closely with partners to design, research, prepare, and execute state program plans.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience with procurement contracts, 7 years of experience with complex technical contracts, grants, or auditing contracts and grants, and 5 years of experience with federal and state grant management. Additionally, they should have strong leadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams on contract, grant, research, policy, or data analysis projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contracts and grants by reviewing agreements, contracts, expenses, activities, and federal and state regulations. You will also serve as a liaison between the division or agency, attending meetings, responding to information requests, and resolving issues between parties involved.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $44,820 and $54,820 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. We are only considering applicants who are U.S. citizens or have a valid Green Card.
