About the Role

Acutronic USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or related role, with proficiency in Federal contracting and ability to edit and draft Non-Disclosure Agreements.

This position involves managing all contracts for Acutronic USA Inc., identifying programmatic, contractual, and legal risks, and providing solutions to mitigate the company's exposure.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, employer-paid medical insurance, 401k match, company-paid holidays, and flexible work schedule options.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and prepare customer contracts and other legal documents;
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks;
  • Negotiate with customers to secure favorable contract terms;
  • Analyze, negotiate, and manage modifications, special provisions, and terms and conditions;
  • Maintain up-to-date and accessible contract documentation;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide oversight and guidance;

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred);
  • At least five years of proven experience as a contract administrator, contract manager, or related role;
  • Experience editing and drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements;
  • Proficiency in Federal contracting required;
