Job Title: Senior IT Procurement Manager

TechTalentHunt is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing full contract management life cycle, maintaining accurate contract information, and ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and policies. Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing IT solicitation documents, coordinating proposal evaluations, and managing awarded contracts. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience with technology contracting, contract management, and purchasing or procurement management in local or state government, as well as current certification as a Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops IT solicitation documents and coordinates proposal evaluations
  • Manages awarded contracts, including contract execution and logistics
  • Maintains accurate and current contract information
  • Ensures compliance with laws, rules, and policies
  • Coordinates vendor background checks and contract renewals
  • Reviews contract data for upcoming renewal and expiration periods

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience with technology contracting, contract management, and purchasing or procurement management in local or state government
  • Current certification as a Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM)
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state, or federal rules, regulations, and policies related to contract procurement administration and management
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures as defined in the Texas Procurement and Contract Management Guide
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
