Contract Management Expert Wanted

Avoidride is a leading developer in the autonomous vehicle and delivery robot industry, and we're seeking a Contract Management Expert to join our team As a key player in preparing and following on payments with international accounting teams, you'll manage contracts and documents.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Oracle/NetSuite, SEF, and Atlassian tools is required, as well as fluency in English and strong finance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with international departments to support contracts from signing to termination.
  • Prepare and execute payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Control document approval by proofreading, formatting, and making technical corrections.
  • Download primary documents from systems, obtain signatures, and send them to contractors.
  • Ensure the timely receipt of closing documents from counterparties.
Competitive Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
