Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Hotel Magdalena. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee communications.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
