Head of Sales

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve ambitious growth targets. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales professionals, developing and optimizing sales processes, and reporting on key metrics to the executive team.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
