Head of Growth Opportunity

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth for one of its operating companies, UIS Technology Partners.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for transitioning the organization away from founder-led sales, professionalizing the sales function, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive new logo sales growth
  • Building and managing a sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth campaigns
  • Providing business insights and recommendations to the CEO
  • Managing sales operations, including sales process, tooling, and metrics

We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales leader who can drive growth and build a sustainable organic growth model.
