About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts payable records, as well as preparing and distributing accounts payable checks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute accounts payable checks in a timely manner.
  • Act as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Assist Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as needed.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes Instapay, high interest savings through the EVEN app, and more.
